Wonderful Wednesday
Weekly Stamp Class

Hi Everyone,

Welcome my Wonderful Wednesday post where I share projects from my weekly stamping class. This week I focused on Sale-A-Bration. We are in the best time of the year for stamping with free products with purchases. Who doesn't love free stamps!? This project pictured by demonstrator, Brian King inspired me to focus on this Sale-A-Bration theme.

Blossoming Basket Stamp set and the Basket Weave Embossing folder is free with a minimum $100 order. The embossing folder is one of the 3-D impressions folders. This creates a deep impression as you can see from the project above. The flower from Brian's card came from the Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper which is free with a minimum $50 order.

Here are the other projects we created at class featuring the Blossoming Basket stamp set and embossing folder.

This was inspired by Mary Fish

It's all about the layers for these projects. I love the richness of both by coloring the flowers with deep colors. The bottom project also adds layers by cutting out the flowers and top part of the basket to raise up with dimmensionals.

This was inspired by Mary Deatherage

Check out this wonderful Stampin' Up! Video for Blossoming Basket Bundle

Sale-A-Bration is the perfect time to purchase Stampin' Up! products. You are rewarded with free products and you also get "Loyalty Bucks" from me.

Memories & More
Mondays

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my Memories & More Mondays where I share a little bit of my love for memory keeping and stamping. I love that Stampin' Up! has dedicated a line of products for crafters who love to scrapbook and keep memories while at the same time as offering the same products for stampers. That's exactly what Memories & More is about.

For today's layout, I used Pacific Point card stock as my base. My daughter's dress made that choice really easy. From there I decided to use the Petal Passion Memories & More Card pack to add the embellishments.

The lovely and smile is a laser
cut out and pops right out. The flower
is a sticker that is included in the
card pack. I shaded in the flower
and leaves with Stampin' Blends

I love the acetate pieces that are
included in the Memories & More
card packs. This one is perfect
with the frosted leaves

On my layout, I added a bit of splatter with Pacific Point ink and the Timeless Textures stamp set
I also added a strip of DSP from the Petal Passion Designer Series Paper set that coordinates with the Petal Palette Suite from the Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalog.

This is the Petal Passion Memories & More Card pack that I used
for the accents on my layout. You can see in the picture the laser
cut words and well as the card stock stickers in the lower
left corner.

I absolutely love this suite of products from the Petal Palette stamp set and coordinating framelits, to the DSP and card pack. I think the black and white theme with a hint of Powder Pink is fantastic. Both the DSP and the card pack has so much variety in them. You can sponge color as well as color with markers or pencils.

Another great thing about this suite is that purchasing the bundle with the stamp set and framelits qualifies you for a free Sale-A-Bration item and 2 Loyalty Bucks from me. It's a win-win!

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed my memory project. If you have any questions about the Memories & More products, or any other stamping questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

If you are in need of any products you can place an order online. I appreciate you choosing me as your demonstrator. Be sure to use my February Hostess Code #GD3WA7KG for your chance to win hostess rewards. A minimum $25.00 qualifies you. If you place a $150 order, don't use the hostess code. You qualify for your own hostess benefits plus wonderful Sale-A-Bration free items. Please do not mark "No Contact" when you order. I won't be able to contact you if you win the February Hostess.

Finding Inspiration Friday
Paper Pumpkin's Anniversary Special

Hi Everyone,

It's so inspiring to celebrate with Stampin' Up! on Paper Pumpkin's fifth year! It's hard to believe that it has been five years since Stampin' Up! released the Paper Pumpkin program. Each year, the Paper Pumpkin kits get better and better. An exclusive stamp set and supplies to create many wonderful projects.

Here are the details from Stampin' Up!

March 2018 is Paper Pumpkin’s 5th anniversary and we are kicking it off with a truly exciting campaign. Not only are we celebrating five years of creating and sharing together, but we also want to say thank you to all of our demonstrators and customers who have helped us reach this great milestone. And what better way to do that than with a March kit which includes a fantastic, FREE gift and a specially designed, one-of-a-kind box? This kit is gorgeous, collectible, and is almost sure to go down in Paper Pumpkin history as an all-time customer favorite!
Promotion Details
  • The free gift complements the kit but is not needed to complete the kit.
  • The free gift is exclusive to the March Paper Pumpkin kit and cannot be found anywhere else.
  • The free gift is a crafting product with a wide range of use that can be used on a variety of papercrafting projects.
  • The free gift holds an approximate retail value of $6-$8 USD/$8-$10 CAD when compared to similar products offered by Stampin’ Up!.
  • Subscribe between February 11–March 10 at 11:50 PM (MT).

One of the things I love is when you finish the projects, but have lots of supplies left over to continue to create projects. Check out these fun projects.

December 2017 - Flora & Flutter Ideas

Both of these projects used the Paper Pumpkin kit of the month. It is so fun to think outside the box on other ways to use the supplies. I love the way the Party Panda Sale-A-Bration set is peeking out of the "forest" and the beautiful note card is so simply, yet fantasic!

January 2018 - Heartfelt Love Notes

All three of these projects used the Paper Pumpkin kit of the month. It is so fun to think of what else you can do with all the supplies you are given. I love the ribbon and other embellishments that are included in the Paper Pumpkin Kits

Now is an exciting time to subscribe for March and receive a special box and additional free gift!

There are 2 ways to subscribe to be a Paper Pumpkin member. You can have a prepaid subscription or a monthly subscription. If you want to give it a try, simply go for the monthly subscription. I would suggest doing the 3-month prepaid because you are then qualified to choose a free Sale-A-Bration item

I hope you have enjoyed stopping by today. If you have any questions about Paper Pumpkin, or any other stamping questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

If you are in need of any products you can place an order online. I appreciate you choosing me as your demonstrator. Wonderful Wednesday
Weekly Class - Petal Palette

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for joining me today. I wanted to share about my weekly stamping class that I have on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I try to focus on a stamp set or papers and accessories so that my participants can see the variety of products for value. This week I focused on the Petal Palette Suite in the 2018 Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalog. This suite is the most popular of all of the products in this limited catalog.

My projects this week were inspired by other demonstrators. Jan Musselman inspired my project above. I love the insert where she lightly stamped the beautiful flowers and then added the greeting over top. I feel the inside of your card is just as important as the outside.

The Petal Passion Memories and More Card Kit is also a stamping favorite! These cards are so beautiful and add to your stamping and memories with little effort. The cards and stamp set coordinate perfectly. Check out this video to see all the wonderful cards.

This card pack is so great. I plan to use these in an upcoming specialty class where participants will pre-purchase products and create more than 20 cards using the Petal Passion card kit. This is perfect for new stampers or stampers who don't have much ink or stamps. You can find more information about this specialty class under events on my demonstrator website.

Here are two more of my class projects. I just love the bird in the Petal Palette stamp set and coordinating framelits. This bird is also included in the Petal Passion card pack. Both of these projects use the Framelit set as well as the Stitched Shapes framelits and the Leaf Punch that coordinates with the Painted Harvest Stamp set. Stampin' Blends were used on the first project.

I hope you have enjoyed stopping by today. If you have any questions about the Petal Palette Suite or any other stamping questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

Card Challenge & Prize Patrol
Hi Everyone,

Welcome to another Finding Inspiration Friday. Once a month I put out a card challenge and hope that many stampers participate and design a card based on the template. I love the possibilities with this card template this month. I think of Washi Tape, Designer Series paper, and Ribbon for this.

My favorite time in stamping is finding that creative inspiration. I have dedicated Fridays as my Finding Inspiration time from creating videos of my inspiration to offering design layout challenges to get my friends inspired to stamp. Today's challenge is so fun! I love this template and hope that you do too. You have an opportunity to create, submit, and win a Stampin' Up! prize.

You have a chance to create a project using this template as your inspiration for your project. Upload it to me and see if you win. Here are the details:

  • Create a project using the template as inspiration
  • Upload your project to me at lennyandmary1@msn.com
  • Be sure to include your e-mail so you can be contacted if you win
  • Have your project entered by February 24th
  • Winner will be announced February 26th
  • The winner will win the Stampin' Up! Painted Harvest Photopolymer stamp set a $21.00 value

Here is a card that can inspire your creativity for this card challenge. I really like how this focal point goes off the card stock just a bit at the top. I really like framed art that flows onto the mat.

If you haven't seen the Painted Harvest Stamp set, it happens to be one of the best selling stamp sets of the fall season in the Holiday Catalog. It is still available and will probably be in the new Annual Catalog that will be coming out in June.

I hope that you want to participate in my Finding Inspiration Friday Challenge. You have nothing to lose and a wonderful stamp set to win. There are no requirements for current Stampin' Up! products or even Stampin' Up! stamps. Use whatever stamps, paper, and ink you have and submit a project.

If Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration isn't wonderful enough, there are more reasons to Sale-A-Brate. Beginning on February 15th, Stampin' Up! adds a few more products to the Sale-A-Bration promotion. From an embossing folder, to stamps and paper, there are exciting new free items to choose from. Check back for samples with these new products soon.

Remember that you have a couple of weeks to get creative and enter my Finding Inspiration Card Challenge. I love seeing what other stampers create.

Finding Inspiration Friday
Loving that Lemon Lime Twist

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my Finding Inspiration Friday post where I share projects from products that inspire me to stamp. A couple of projects I worked on recently was a Thank You card for several stamping friends as well as a variety of cards that I put into an acetate box as another gift. One of the In-Colors available for 2017-2019 is Lemon Lime Twist. This color is so vivid and just makes you smile.

For this dragonfly thank you card, I used Lemon Lime Twist as the base and the color for the dragonfly. Soft Suede is the coordinating color for this card with the wonderful Foil Frenzy Specialty DSP. Dragonfly Dreams is one of the most popular stamp set and framelit sets. The saying came from the Hanging Garden stamp set found in the Occasion's Catalog.

One wow about this bundle is the Thinlits and Framelits. The dragonflies are so detailed and you can do so many things. Demonstrator Dawn Griffith has a great video on a card making the dragonflies look like they are stained glass. Check it out.

I hope you have enjoyed my projects today. Do a search on Pinterest for tons of projects using Dragonfly Dreams stamp set and thinlits.

I hope you enjoyed my projects for class today. Join me again next Friday to see what has inspired me.

Blogging Friends
Seeing Red Blog Hop

Hi Everyone,

Thank you so much for visiting the Blogging Friends Blog Hop today. We are several Stampin' Up! demonstrators who love to create, share, and have fun. This month we are focusing on the theme of RED because Valentine's Day is right around the corner. My projects today include a Valentine's Card and a Birthday Card. I hope you enjoy the time you spend visiting our blogs.

Who doesn't love getting a card full of bling and happiness. I used the red and silver glimmer papers, Real Red card stock, and the Pop of Pink DSP.

Surprise! It is so fun to have a little pop-up to make someone's day. Using the smaller balloon from the Balloon Bouquet punch, these three are super cute. The Happy Birthday came out of the  Happy Birthday Gorgeous Stamp set.

No you didn't! Well yes I did. Isn't this panda love card the cutest thing ever? I love the boldness of the Petal Passion DSP with the red card stock base. The hearts came from the Sure do Love You Stamp set found in the Occasions Catalog. The panda is part of the the Sale-A-Bration set Party Pandas.

I hope you enjoyed my projects today. It was really fun using the theme of Red. It's time for you to hop on over to see the rest of the great projects from other Blogging Friends. Simply click to hop.
