Black Friday? No, It's Finding Inspiration Friday

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are able to get up and get moving after all that wonderful turkey and stuffing. I know I had my share, but I think I had more of the appetizers. Does that happen to you? You end up not being very hungry after you have grazed for hours.
Anyway, I am staying away from the hustle and bustle of "Black Friday" shopping! I wanted to share a cute project that I was so inspired to create. Last month, I blogged a class I had done which focused on a one-sheet-wonder idea. We used a 6" x 6" sheet of DSP to create 5 projects. You might remember that blog. Here were our projects using one piece of DSP.
One-Sheet-Wonder 6x6 DSP
I really loved this class, so I wanted to do something along the same lines and color story for a note card set. I used the new pizza boxesand then created 3 little cards (3" x 3") with envelopes. This was so fun. I just loved these little gift sets for my friends.

Tis' the Season Gifts of the Holidays

Hi Everyone,
I have to tell you that I have gotten into the holiday spirit already! I finished a 12 Days of Christmas swap and got all the days into the mail. I wanted to share my favorite projects I made. At a vintage store, I recently found some wood rounds that had twine tied onto them for gift packaging. I decided to create ornaments out of them using the Nature Sings Stamp Set. I used the Be Merry DSP and the Mini Treat Bag thinlits for cute packaging. I love the foil snowflakes in the Holiday Catalog.

These small rings have many possibilities. I really liked using the Nature Sings stamp set because of the rustic feel of the wood. The trees would be great with a little Dazzling Diamondson them once colored in green. I want to continue to make these ornaments for some co-workers. They are super quick to make and everyone will love them.

Remember that the Online Extravaganza sale continues through the 26th. Many products are discounted. Be …

Merry Cafe
More to Love

Hi Everyone,
Stampin' Up! always does a great job coordinating stamp sets and the framelits and thinlits. Coffee Cafe is a great set with coordinating framelits. Merry Cafe is a wonderful set in the Holiday Catalog that offers all year cheer.

These are a couple of the samples you can find in the holiday catalog. I love the different sayings for the wrap around the cup. At my class, I decided to use both sets to show how much of a value both sets and framelits are.

Now is the perfect time to use these stamp sets. As the holidays get closer, you can create wonderful holiday cards as well as gift pouches for that special someone.

Design Challenge  Winner + Stampin' Blends

Hi Everyone,
I recently hosted a Finding Inspiration Friday card challenge and my wonderful friend Christi won with this beautiful blue project. It was really fun to receive entries. Christi won the Embossing Pastesuite, so she can enjoy creating wonderful textured projects. On her project, Christi used a template and did use Embossing Paste after she colored it.

This was the design template that I posted for the contest. I was very excited for this one, because I love Designer Series Paper and I knew my stamping friends would us the papers in a mix and match way.
This fun project was created by my friend, Jessica. She used some of our discontinued products. I love her mermaid.

Monica made this birthday card for her daughter. I love that this project looks like a collage. The fall colors and copper 19 really stands out.

It's fun to put out a challenge to my stamping friends. They say it helps them to use the products they have and hel…
Giving Thanks Blogging Friends Blog Hop

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to another wonderful Blogging Friends Blog Hop. We are demonstrators from all over and want to make this blog hop all about Giving Thanks. We are thankful for another demonstrator joining us this month. Welcome to Nikki. Be sure to share our blogs and spread the fun of stamping.

For this project, I used the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper and the Painted Autumn Stamp set. I really like the font of this set. My base is Soft Suede and I can't get enough of the Copper Ribbon Trim. If you don't have the Layering Oval Framelits, be sure to put these on your Christmas list. They are fantastic.

If it wasn't for the Painted Autumn DSP, I would never have put Soft Sky with these fall colors. The vintage leaves stamp so beautifully. They have so much detail to them. It's great to have the coordinating Leaflet Framelits. It makes card making a snap.
I hope you enjoyed my projects for today's blog hop. I am alwa…
