Lovely Lavender January Paper Pumpkin Alternative Projects

Thanks so much for popping in for my blog post today. I'm so happy to share my January Paper Pumpkin fun. For my Facebook Live, I created a couple alternative projects right on the spot. It was so fun. I even created a couple more after my Live session. I hope you like my alternative cards.

One thing I really like about this month's Paper Pumpkin is the coordination with the Perennial Lavendar products in the January-April 2024 Mini Catalog. I took the colors that are included in the Perennial Lavender 12" x 12" DSP for my cards.

For the first card, I used a Gorgeous Grape cardbase. Then I layered a piece of the floral Paper Pumpkin card with Berry Burst. The polka dot piece is also one of the Paper Pumpkin card bases. I trimmed it to 5 1/4" x 4" for a layer onto the front of the card.

One thing I really like about this card is the stamped background. I took one of the Paper Pumpkin card bases and cut it in half and trimmed to 5 1/4" x 4" for a layer on the front of the card. I used the stamp from the Paper Pumpkin kit and stamped a background with Highland Heather ink. the base of this card is Orchid Opulence. The added paper butterfly from the Perennial Lavender Suite is so pretty!

This card base is Highland Heather. I used the Paper Pumpkin card base again for a layer as well as the floral strip. I also stamped the foil lined white piece with the spray from the stamp set with Highland Heather ink.

The last card I'm sharing has a Starry Sky base. The "tag" floral piece is part of the Paper Pumpkin projects. I used it as an accent for the card. It really is taking the Paper Pumpkin project and just expanding it to a card. Again the paper butterflies are so pretty!

Make the Most of Sale-A-Bration Part Two: Level 2 Sale-A-Bration FREE Picks

Welcome back to my blog. I hope you got some great ideas on the Level 1 Sale-A-Bration FREE products that I suggested. I'm back today to share my ideas for products you can purchase to coordintate with the Level 2 Sale-A-Bration FREE picks. One thing I always think about is how to maximize getting all these fantastic FREE products and purchase what makes the most sense, so I  can create stunning projects? Well I've taken some time and have suggestions for each and every FREE product. 

Today's blog is all about Level 2 FREE picks. These are FREE products with a $100 purchase. I have to back up though because the Jungle Pals Stamp set is a Level 1 FREE pick with a $50 order (before shipping and tax). I'm including the Jungle Pals Stamp set and sharing ideas on How to earn both the stamp set and the Level 2 Jungle Pals Dies as well. 

There are a couple of options I'm sharing in case you are on a strict budget. I would suggest going with the combining option though. This way you earn hostess benefits and more FREE crafting supplies.

There is no wrong time to replenish blades and plates. I love my Stampin' Up! trimmer and die cut machines.

Make the Most of Sale-A-Bration Part One - Level One FREE Picks

This is my favorite time of year being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. It's Sale-A-Bration! For two months, you can earn FREE products from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure. There are so many wonderful things to choose from. One thing I always think about is how to maximize getting all these fantastic FREE products and purchase what makes the most sense, so I  can create stunning products? Well I've taken some time and have suggestions for each and every FREE product. 

Today's Post will go through the Level 1 Sale-A-Bration products. Level 1 products are FREE with a $50 purchase before shipping and tax (USA).

I'll be sharing through the brochure from the beginning. Watercolor Melon is the first Sale-A-Bration FREE pick. This set has 9 stamps and is a photopolymer set. Here are the products I would suggest you purchase to earn this free set.

This is a quick idea and adds up to $56.50. The Bright Sky's Bundle is in the new January-April 2024 Mini Catalog. It would work so well with the Sunny Days DSP and the springtime colors of the baker's Twine is perfect. 

If you like soft colors and nature, you will love the Flight and Airy 12" x 12" DSP! In this picture, the sweet birds on the samples are cut right form the DSP. You also see a Pool Party Crinkle Ribbon which is also a FREE pick. There are so many great bundles that work coordinate with the Flight and Airy 12" x 12" inch DSP. Here are some ideas.

Okay there are still more Level 1 FREE picks. Wow, can you believe it? Ready for the next idea? Let's talk about two more Designer Series Picks. First I'll share my coordinating ideas for ordering to earn the Softly Stipled 12" x 12" DSP.

That's an easy order for some beautiful project possiblilities. Now you may have noticed the Opaque Faceted Gems in the picture. These are also a Level 1 Sale-A-Bration FREE pick. Here are my suggestions to earn these FREE. They also coordinate well with the Softly Stipled DSP.

Those plaid hearts are super cute! I love hearts and the Most Adored 12" x 12" Specialty DSP is another Level 1 FREE pick. The metallics that run through the DSP is great. I have a great suggestion for this order.

I was thinking that you might want to focus on the brayering techniques, so you might not want the bundle with the stamp set. Here is another idea.

There are so many creative techniques you can do with the new Brayer. It's a great tool and designed so well. I'll be offering a Brayer Technique class in March too. 

We have made it to the last two Level 1 Sale-A-Bration picks. One is a Stamp set and the other another DSP. Let's start with the Heartfel Hellos Stamp set.
