February Blogging Friends Blog Hop

Welcome to another wonderful month of Blogging Friends. It's exciting to say that we are growing creative friends. Many have joined us this month, so I hope you are ready for some great creative stamping projects.

I recently had a Bloomin' Love Specialty class and wanted to share our note cards and envelopes that we created. I love the Stampin' Up! Note cards and envelopes. There are so many possibilities with them. They make perfect gifts for family and friends. At Christmas this year, I gave several note card sets as gifts. Everyone just loved getting a set of all occasion cards to use throughout the year.

Sampler set using Love Blossoms Suite

Notice the cute wood heart embellishment?

Gotta have the wonderful shimmering enamel dots!

Okay, what about that paper clip bow? I'm obsessed!

There can never be too many sequins.
On pages 16 & 17 of the Occasion's catalog, you will become as obsessed as I am with this product suite. The Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack is so popular. We used the reverse side of our card front for the liner in our envelopes. If you need to use up some of your hoards of DSP, start lining your envelopes. It adds so much!

The Bloomin' Heart Thinlit Dies are wonderful. All the little flowers you see came from that die set. I can keep going on about the awesomeness too. The Love Blossoms Embellishment kit is a must have! The kits has wonderful embellishments. You see them in each of the cards we did. Here are the supplies used during this class.

If you like this as much as me, you won't want to wait to order your bundle today. The Love Blossom DSP is becoming low in inventory. I also have a special for any bundles being purchased through March from the Occasion's Catalog. Click on the link for more information.

Wonderful Wednesday Daisy lane Stamp Set

Hi Everyone, I'm so glad you decided to stop in today. It is an exciting time with the anticipation of the new 2019-2020 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog. Many demonstrators went to the On-Stage Event where we all go the new catalog and the Daisy Lane Stamp set. I then received the Birch Background stamp in Prize Patrol. I decided to put both sets together and see what I could create.
For this project, I used the Notecards and Envelopes. I think these make the perfect sized project for something quick and easy.Crumb Cakewas used for the Birch Background Stamp. I stamped off for a lighter background. How cute are the daisies? I stamped them onto the card front with Flirty Flamingo. Then I stamped 2 more on scrap whisper white and punched them out with the large Daisy Punch
In the Daisy Lane Bundle, there is a small daisy punch as well. This set will coordinate with the current Daisy Delight Stamp Set
Before we can get too excited about the new …
# Daisy Lane Winner  Announced
Hi Everyone, Welcome to my blog today. As promised, I am posting to announce a winner of my Daisy Lane Stamp set give-away. There has been a chance to win for a couple of weeks now. You can see my original post for the details. I also recently hosted a swap and would like to share some projects using the Daisy Lane stamp set and coordinating punch. The card above was created by my friend, Bonnie W. I love her color choices.

One of the things I love about hosting a swap that features products in Stampin' Up! catalogs is that there are so many talented stampers and the projects all are so different from each other. Susan C. combined the Garden Lane DSP for a wonderful look.

This card was created by Sandy H. She has participated in my swaps many times. Its amazing that she fussy cut the daisies on either side of the center one. There is a medium daisy punch that coordinates with the center daisy.

I'm so glad that Jenny G. decided to use the Perennial Esse…
Must Have Colors Monday 2017-2019 In-Colors Retiring

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RETIRING IN COLORSHi Everyone,
One of the many awesome features of Stampin Up products is our color coordination. Everything matches, it’s like Gar-animals. Remember those clothes when we were kids? The monkey tags went with the monkeys, making it easy to dress your kids in matching clothes. Stampin up is like the Gar-animals of paper crafts lol. Stampin Up has 5 Color Collections: Regals, Subtles, Brights, Neutrals and In Colors.  The In Color collection is a little different from our Core Collection. It’s broken down into 2 groups of 5. Each year 5 of these 10 colors go away, and we get 5 new colors. It’s a great way to introduce fresh and trendy colors. The In Color Collections are named by the year they were introduced and the year they will be retired. For example the collection retiring this year is named 2017-2019 In Colors. They are retired with the Annual Catalog officially retiring June 3, 2019 (t…
