Finding Inspriation Friday
Snow Front Stamp Set

Hi Everyone,
Welcome! I'm so glad the end of the work week has come. It has been a very busy week at work, so I'm happy to take some time now to share some projects. Recently I hosted a stamp class using the Snow Front Stamp set by Stampin' Up! This is a "scene building" stamp set. The possibilities are endless when it comes to designing.

For this first project, I used Crumb Cake, Old Olive, and Shimmery White Card Stock. As you can see, when you stamp, the images have a bit of that "fuzzy" look. It really helps for that realistic feel to your scene.

The deer are chilling by the little pond. The effect on the trees is simply to ink up, stamp, and then stamp again a little off to get the depth of a forest or clump of trees.

My next project is my favorite one. Just think of a cold dark night in winter.

I think black and white for cards is stunning! This project really gives you that cold, dark night. I used the Shimmery Crystal Effects on the trees the things. Then I poured Dazzling Diamonds Stamping Glitter over that. It really give this card a lot of sparkling frost.

Last, but not least, I'd like to share my project that is all about traditional Christmas.

There is nothing more traditional that red plaid and snowmen for the holidays. I can just see myself sitting by the fire in that cute cabin with a mug of hot cocoa.

I used the Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper and the scene I built uses Basic Gray, Shaded Spruce, Early Espresso, and Real Red ink.

What I love about the Snow Front Stamp set is that you really can use it all through the year. There is the Water Front Stamp set in the Annual Catalog as well. I'll have to combine both of these sets for some new creations.
