New In-Color Samplers

Hi Everyone,

It has been fun to see all of the creative stampers showing the new Stampin' Up! In-Colors in sampler sets. I decided to try my hand at this as well. These new In-Colors will be available through 2018. It is great to have new colors that are trending in the crafting, decorating, and clothing business.

The new 2016-2018 In-Colors

Flirty Flamingo

Dapper Denim

Sweet Sugarplum

Peek-a-Boo Peach (my favorite)

Emerald Envy (wicked!)

It was fun doing these samples using the Painter's Palette stamp set and the Pop of Paradise stamp set. All of my supplies are listed below.

Another sampler set I decided to make was to create these fun tags using the In-Colors and Painter's Palette stamp set. This is going to be a very popular set for sure!

Birthday Wishes with In-Colors

Peek-a-Boo Peach

Dapper Denim

Wonderful New Products!

Hi Everyone,

I have had some fun trying out some new Stampin' Up! products. The new In-colors are wonderful and the new stamps sets are great! I wanted to share a couple of the make-n-talks I had at my open house for the new annual catalog. I hope you enjoy.

The perfect gift card holder

This gift card holder was inspired by Patti Bennett.
She used the kraft gift bag and folded it
to get a slot for a greeting and a pocket
for a gift card. You can make for all occasions.

Pop of Paradise Note Cards

These are fun and flirty with a pop of pink to tie
it all together. I love using the note cards and envelopes.

If you haven't seen the new annual catalog and would like one. Simply visit me at my website. I'm happy to get one out to you.

Creative Ways to Display your Cards

Hi Everyone, I recently went to Spokane for an education conference. I was able to catch a few antique and vintage shops. These are two items I bought to display some cards from swaps and other things in my workshop room. I just put them up today. I hope you enjoy and get some ideas on your own creative space.

Ribbon holds up my samples
the bottom has an opening to have cards sitting in.

The frames with chicken wire is getting so popular
I loved the country yellow. I'm using the small
clothes pins to attach my samples.

In Spokane and the surrounding areas, there are tons of shops. I will have to go back when they are open. Most close by 6:00, so when you are at workshops that go until 4:00, it doesn't leave much time. Here are a few of the vendor displays that really got me thinking about my crafting. Enjoy!

I wanted to buy all these frames. For some reason I'm into the trend.

A great idea for along the wall.

I thought this old door was a great way to display things.
I don't have room for anything like this, but how cool!

I hope you enjoyed some of these fun ways to display your beautiful projects. I am having fun adding some vintage things to my craft area. I'll be sure to blog more when I get my other "finds" up.

Farewell Amazing Products

It is so hard to believe that there are so many amazing products that have made the Stampin' Up! retirement list. All the blogging friends wanted to share some wonderful ideas to give their last respects to. There are so many for me to choose from. What's great is that many products are at a discounted price as well. I too have a "Mix & Match" special running through the end of May. You can get more information at my demonstrator website.

Another Thank You stamp set has been one of my favorite sets! The beautiful scripts of the different "Thank You" are great. This card I made used Real Read and Whisper White card stock. The candy dots and Essential Hardware clips are also on the Retiring List. I do know my DSP is not a current one, so no luck ordering that sorry.

Best Thoughts Hostess Set

Tip Top Taupe, Whisper White, Mint Macaron

I embossed in white and added a touch of Watermelon Wonder ink

I can never get enough of the Pearls

Best Thoughts hostess set is such a nice one to have. I have used it so much to send to family and friends back in Michigan. I'm sad to see the lace dotted ribbons go out, but there are many more beautiful ribbons and accessories coming.
