A Little Spring During
This Winter with
Helping Me Grow by Stampin' Up!

I recently had a fun "shoebox" swap with some friends. We each designed a card and then prepped enough supplies for everyone to make. This event is so fun because everyone gets a chance to get creative and design a project. This is the card I created with the Helping Me Grow Photopolymer set by Stampin' Up! This set is great to use for many techniques. I kept my flowers gray and allowed the water colored background to stand out. I also love the Dapper Denim ribbon

For this project I used Marina Mist cardstock and ink. Archival Basic Gray and Daffodil Delight cardstock and ink as well. Whisper White cardstock is used for the top layer. You will also want a Stampin' Spritzer and your clear block any size you'd like.
Stamp the Daffodil ink first directly on half of the clear block. Then do the same with Marina Mist. It's fine if it covers some of the Daffodil Delight. Spritz the block with 2 or 3 spritzes of water.
Stamp the block directly onto the Whisper White cardstock. Hold down for a count of 10 before taking the block away. The ink will look a bit blotchy and spotty, but will blend and smooth as it dries. Be sure to allow the cardstock to dry before stamping the flowers.

Here are a couple of Stampin' Up! samples of this wonderful set.
