Something New with Global Design Project

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my Wednesday post where I decided to design for the Global Design Project #220. As a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator, I am preparing and getting ideas for the upcoming January-June Mini catalog and Sale-A-Bration.

For this challenge, we were tasked on Casing the designer, Shawn De Oliveira. Free as a Bird stamp set is wonderful and I was inspired by this challenge.

For my project, I'm using the upcoming free Sale-A-Bration Stamp set called The Power of Hope. This is a free stamp set including the Stone 3-D Embossing folder with a $100 purchase between January and March. I also included the free Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper which is also a free Sale-A-Bration item with a $50 order between January and March.

I just realized that I used another free Sale-A-Bration item for this project. I used the Metallic Baker's Twine & Sequins Combo Pack. This can be earned free with a minimum $50 order between January and March. You may notice that the women has a beautiful Kimono on. I stamped her onto the Lily Impressions DSP and then fussy cut it out to layer onto the stamped image.

The inside of the card has a great tree stamp that is included in the stamp set. The color I chose for this card was Granny Apple Green. It goes so well with the rich colors of the Lilly Impressions DSP. Here are more samples using these free products.

There is so much to look forward to from January - March with Stampin' Up! and Sale-A-Bration. I hope you have enjoyed my project that I created for GDP #200. Be sure to check out all the fun projects that people have submitted to see how they were inspired by Shawn de Oliveira.

It's been great having you with me today. Be sure to check back for updates on my big Open House that is scheduled for January 4th and 5th as well as other events and challenges for you to participate in with prizes. I even have a special going on right now for just 2 more days. I hope you participate. There is also the Year-End Closeout and newly refreshed Clearance Rack to check out!

Make it Monday
Toile Christmas Cardinal

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my Make it Monday post. Last weekend, I had a wonderful time with stamping friends. We did a shoe box swap holiday gathering. Everyone created a project for all to make. My longtime friend, Bea, Created this wonderful Cardinal card.

This cardinal was found in the 2018 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog. It's a sketched cardinal and branches. I love the berry branch in this set. This year, Stampin' Up! released the Toile Christmas Stamp set. It has a larger cardinal and branch. It also has banner stamps with greetings. There is a coordinating die set and you get 10% off when you purchase the bundle.

TOILE CHRISTMAS BUNDLE (EN)

TOILE TIDINGS SUITE BUNDLE (EN)

You can also purchase the complete Toile Tidings Suite of products. I love the wrapping paper! It's on sale right now too. I wrapped all my Christmas gifts in the gift wrap. The quality is super!

Toile Christmas is on the retiring list and is only available through January 2nd or while supplies last. I love the dimension you get when you use the dies with this stamp set. There are so many wonderful products included in the Year-End Closeout. You'll want to check it out to grab some great deals before they are gone like the Toile Christmas Bundle.

Stampin' Up!'s Retiring List & Year-End Closeout
Today Stampin' Up! is giving us a first peek at the products that will be going away when the 2019 Holiday Catalog is closed for business on January 2. That means you should grab up the items you want - when they are gone, they'll be gone forever. For-ever! Starting today, these retiring items are offered on a "while supplies last" basis - and some of them are discounted.  I don't want you to miss out.
Year-End Closeout
The Year-End Closeout is broken into two categories of items - and I want you to peruse both lists to make sure you have everything you need before submitting your order:
  • Retiring Favorites. This list is made up of all the 2019 Holiday Catalog products that will not be offered as a supplement to the January - June 2020 Mini Catalog or in the 2020 Annual Catalog. Click on the banner below to peruse all of the retiring items in my online store:

  • Point of clarification: The item number for each bundle in the 2019 Holiday Catalog is being retired (the bundled pricing goes away) at the end of the catalog period. As such, you'll see bundles (like the Still Scenes Bundle and Harvest Hellos Bundle) in the Retiring Favorites list - but that doesn't necessarily mean the products (like the stamps and dies for these bundles) are retiring.

  • Discounted Products. There are lots of great products that are discounted during the Year-End Closeout. Click on the banner below to peruse all of the discounted products in my online store:
https://www.stampinup.com/ecweb/products/1009200/discounted-products
While all of the items in the Year-End Closeout are segregated in the online store links above, you can also review a spreadsheet of the retiring items (including those that are discounted). If you'd like to review that document, click on the picture below:
I can't say it enough (so I'll say it one more time) - once these products are gone, they are gone. If you had your heart set on a favorite item that you haven't picked up, get it now!

If you want to place your order through me, simply order online and be sure to use the current hostess code #FBGHDW7W when placing your order. This hostess code will let me know that I need to put your name in for "Mystery Hostess". That means if you are picked, you get all the hostess benefits. Place your order no later than December 20th to qualify.

If you place a $150 order, don't use the hostess code. You qualify for your own hostess benefits. Please do not mark "No Contact" when you order. I won't be able to contact you to award you with Loyalty Bucks or prizes.

Remember that when you order on-line, you can earn "Loyalty Bucks". For every $25.00 you order, you receive 1 loyalty buck. Collect 20 loyalty bucks and you receive $30.00 free merchandise.

If you’d like to use PayPal to pay for your order, simply email me a list of the products that you’d like to purchase (please include the specific item numbers with your list so that I can verify that I’ve got everything correct in your order), I’ll calculate the total and send you a PayPal invoice, then once you’ve paid the invoice, I’ll submit the order and have it shipped directly to you.  Plus you’ll still have all of the same return and exchange policies and product guarantees that you have when you order through my online store.
