Simple yet Stunning Sunday-Delicate Dahlias Stamp Set

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my Simple yet Stunning Sunday post. Today I'm sharing a few tips and tricks for stamping a perfect 2-step stamp. The Delicate Dahlias Stamp set and the Beautifully Penned DSP being used are both FREE Sale-A-Bration projects. I'll share more about that later.

The beautiful Dahlia in the Delicate Dahlia Stamp set is stunning. With just inking and stamping, there are so many variations of color. It looks like you spent so much time on it, but you didn't. Stampin' Up! is so amazing in it's designing!

The way that I stamp a 2-step stamp that is very detailed, I simply find a unigue area on the stamp edge that I can focus on. Then I find that same spot on both stamps. You can watch my video for details on where the perfect spot is on the dahlia.

We are in the middle of Sale-A-Bration. What is Sale-A-Bration? It's a wonderful time with Stampin' Up! where you can earn FREE products for purchasing This happens twice a year. Here are the details:

You can earn Level 1 FREE products when you purchase a minimum $50 order before shipping and tax.

You can earn Level 2 FREE products when you purchase a minimum $100 before shipping and tax.

I love Sale-A-Bration because it is another opportunity to share the love of stamping. When you order with me, you also earn additional rewards called Loyalty Bucks It's a win, win!

Thanks again for stopping in. I hope you liked my project today and would love to hear what you think. If you have any questions about Sale-A-Bration or any other stamping ideas, just let me know

12 Fridays of Fall Projects-Week 1 with Frightfully Cute

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my first week of 12 Fridays of Fall Project videos and posts. I absolutely love everything about fall! From the cooling evenings to a little more breese to the haunts and hallows and finally the gratefulness we all share at Thanksgiving. Be sure to follow me each Friday to see what's next.

I just had to start with Halloween! It is my favorite, so be sure that I'm beginning here. The Stampin' Up! Tombstone Treat Boxes are awesome! They are super sturdy, easy to make, and you can put in some great treats for your family and friends.

Inside the treat box are some wrapped Hershy Minature chocolates. I simply cut the Cute Halloween DSP at 1 1/2" x 3". You don't need to score anything to wrap the DSP around the mini chocolate.

Another fun way to decorate the Tombstone Treat Boxes is to trace and cut the outline of the tombstone with DSP. I love the lit up houses against the Old Olive background. The Cute Halloween DSP is so darn cute! These little Ghosts are adorable.

I hope you have enjoyed my first Friday of Fall crafting. I'd love to see your comments, so let me know what you liked.

Now is the perfect time to join the fun! Through September 30th, you can choose $125 of merchandise for $99. Then add any one of the 12 new bundles in the July-December 2021 Mini FREE.The kit includes shipping and tax (which is a life saver)!

I would love to have you as part of my Café team as well. We are a growing group of kind and fun crafters. If you are ready simply click to get started. Be sure to grab that overflowing wish list and have fun.

Global Design Project Sketch Challenge

Hi Everyone,

Today it's all about C.A.S.E a sketch. The Global Design Project #304 is a sketch that you create that reflects what the designer has done.

C = copy

A = and

S = selectively

E = Edit

It's that easy. I love when there is a gues designer. This time it's Kerstin.

One of the things I loved about this sketch is the heart. I am a heart person. I just love them! I immediately thought of the Lots of Hearts Stamp set and dies. It is one of my favorites that Stampin' Up! offered last year.

I decided to highlight the Hand-Penned DSP. It's in the current Annual Catalog. The colors are so beautiful! Kerstin's design has some weaving or patchwork, so I cut my papers at 2" x 2 1/4" each. It's just one piece of the DSP and using both sides for this affect.

Thanks for stopping in. I hope you have liked my C.A.S.E of Kerstin's card. You can visit The Global Design Project's Challenge to see many more ideas. Create your own and share it with me. I'd love to see what you come up with.

Counting Sheep Stamp Set Spotlight

Hi Everyone,

It's such a fun day today with stamping. I have the cutest stamp set to share with you. It's also a FREE, stamp set that you can earn during Sale-A-Bration. It's called Counting Sheep, and there is a coordinating die set called Sheep Dies. Together, they explode with cuteness!

I have three similar cards that I created using different patterns of designer series paper to show how the look of the card changes depending on the paper.

These are 3 super cute cards. Just changing the DSP gives each card a unique look. I hope you liked my birthday sheep today. You can earn your FREE with a minimum $50 order. Go for the $100 order and pick the Sheep dies as well.

Today is the last day to be entered into the Mystery Hostess Party that I have going on. With every $25 you spend at my online store, you will get entries into the drawing. The winner will receive all the hostess benefit if the party is over $150 (only participants from the US can qualify). Use Hostess Code: CDUJXPMK at checkout to be entered. If you place an order over $150, don't use the hostess code. You will receive your own hostess benefits.

let me know if you liked my card today. I'd love to her from you.

Finding Inspiration Friday with Summer Shadow Dies from Sale-A-Bration

 Hi Everyone,

I'm so thrilled that you stopped in today. I am so head over heals for the Summer Shadow Dies now FREE with Sale-A-Bration! One of my favorite stamp sets in the Annual Catalog by Stampin' Up! is the Shaded Summer Stamp set (pg. 75). Now you can die cut out the images from the stamp set and also have some fower builder dies too.

One thing I really like about my card today is that there is so much wonderful texture. The Pretty Flower Embossing folder is my favorite and by using Vellum, it really is fabulous!

Talk about flowerific! The Summer Shadow Dies have so many great flowers and leaves. Look how awesome the vellum layers are on the large flower and leaves. You could create so many different types of layering flowers and have endless fun.

Because the Shaded Summer Stamp set is rubber, I can use the Stampin' Write Markers to color the flower and leaves different colors and even just one part of the stamp for the perfect inside of the card. You can see more on my YouTube Channel.

I hope I've inspired you to create your own wonderful projects. I had a lot of fun creating.

There are just a couple of days left to be entered into the Mystery Hostess Party that I have going on. With every $25 you spend at my online store, you will get entries into the drawing. The winner will receive all the hostess benefit if the party is over $150 (only participants from the US can qualify). Use Hostess Code: CDUJXPMK at checkout to be entered.

let me know if you liked my card today. I'd love to her from you.

Make it Monday with Freshly Made Sketches

Hi Everyone,
Today I finally got some time to play with a super cute stamp set called Clever Cats. It is feautred in the 2021 July-December Mini Catalog by Stampin' Up. My design is also for the Freshly Made Sketch #496. I also have a tip on how to create a faux glimmer paper.

I loved this sketch layout. I allowed me to mix and match designer series paper which is one of my favorite things to do.

The designer series paper I used is also in the upcoming mini catalog. It's the Frightfully Cute DSP stack. There are so many cute designs in the DSP stack, but I decided to go with the classic patten side to keep with my black and Highland Heather look.

Long strip: 2" x 5"
Longer skinny strip: 1 3/4" x 3 1/4"
Bottom strip: 1 3/4" x 1 3/4""

One of the tips I wanted to share with you is how to make a faux glimmer paper look. Do you have Wink of Stella? This is the perfect tool to create that dazzling look. I used Wink of Stella on the web die (Frightfully Cute Dies) and the bottom right DSP square. Now they both look all glimmery just like glimmer paper.

I hope you like my card today that I created for Freshly Made Sketches. You can go to their blog and see lots of ideas using this sketch. It really starts to put me in the mood for fall and spooky fun.

It's hard to belive that it's August now and the 2021 July-December Mini products become available for customers tomorrow. To celebrate my mini catalog and Sale-A-Bration promotion, I am offering a chance for you to win Mystery Hostess. For every $25 you spend at my online store (before shipping and tax), you will be entered into the drawing to win the hostess benefits (if a minimum $150) is reached. Order between now and August 8th. You must use Hostess Code #CDUJXPMK at checkout to qualify. The hostess code is necessary to tie all the orders together to create a workshop party for Mystery Hostess.

Thanks again for stopping in for my project today. It is so fun to play with designer series papers. I'd love to see what you create with any DSP you have. Let me know if you need any stamping support. I'm here 24/7.
