Quiet Meadow Stamp Set Spotlight

 

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for joining me for my Stamp set Spotlight Sunday. I received several cards in a card swap with the Quiet Meadows Bundle in the Stampin' Up! 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. This is such a fantastic and inspirational catalog!

I was inspired by a couple of the cards I received and wanted to take it one step further. I am using the new 2021-2023 In-Color Shimmer Vellum. It is so beautiful! The Shimmer Vellum has the same wonderful translucent look to it with fabulous color and shimmer. 

The Meadow Dies and the Quiet Meadow Stamp set go so well together. I really like the vintage/antique feel of the stamp set. You can see my video for tips and tricks on stamping and adhering the vellum to your projects.

Flowers of Friendship Class Open Now

Hi Everyone,

I am so thrilled to be bringing you a class that has so inspired me. It's my Flowers of Friendship Specialty class, and it will be wonderful. When I saw this bundle in the 2021-2022 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog, I knew I had to do something special. 

This class will have four card projects + a bonus project that will WOW! I offer In-Person and "To Go" class kits as well. Participants can choose to do the card kit only or add the fantastic Flowers of Friendship Bundle for an additional cost. "To Go" participants will need the Flowers of Friendship bundle or similar stamps to complete the projects.

• 1/4 package of the 2020-2022 In Color DSP stack,

Make it Monday with Tie Dye!

Hi Everyone,

Well it's the perfect time to go back to simpler times with long hair and tie dyed shirts, bags, and more! Stampin' Up! has a great new background stamp called Spiral Dye and it's super fun to use.  

I created this wonderful birthday card using the Stamparatus to get the two colors. I first used Fresh Freesia and then Pale Papaya (2 new In-Colors). I lined up the stamp on the cardstock and then inked up with Fresh Freesia and stamped. Then I slightly moved the cardstock over and then down a little. I inked up with Pale Papaya and stamped again. You can move the cardstock as much as you want to spread out the color the way you like.

I absolutely love the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set! It looks so great stamped here.

Finding Inspiration Friday with In Symmetry Stamp set

Hi everyone, It's the end of the week and I'm a bit tired to be honest. Driving halfway across the country can be tiring! I'm never too tired to be inspired by beautiful colors though. Today I'm sharing a couple great cards using the In Symmetry Stamp set. 

This set has wonderful bold stamps. It reminds me of a Nordic style of design too. Flirty Flamingo and Just Jade are great colors included in the Sweet Symmetry Designer Series paper. 

These cards today are so bright and happy. You smile every time you use this set. For my next card, I used the Stamparatus to create the ring of flowers. 

Polished Pink and Soft Succulent In Colors make this card pop! 

You can't forget to create a bit of fun on the inside of your cards. Here I've stamped the flower again with one of the great sentiments included in the set. You can also catch glimpse of the Sweet Symmetry DSP

Sweet as a Peach is Perfect for Mid-Week

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my midweek blog post. It's been a very busy week with my daughter and I getting ready to drive to Nebraska. She has a summer internship there and it very excited. I wanted to share my favorite card I created from my weekly Facebook Live yesterday. 

All I can say is I can't wait until peaches are at the farm stands this summer! I am also obsessed with the You're a Peach Designer Series Paper! The springtime color are so soft, but very rich too. The color palate includes; Calypso Coral, Mango Melody, Pale Papaya, Pear Pizazz, Balmy Blue, and Bumblebee. All combine so well together. It doesn't take much to make a stunning card. 

I used the Stitched Rectangles to die cut each of the designs in the DSP. I also die cut a Stitched Rectangle in Basic White so the focal point of my peach branch would stand out. I love to mix and match the DSP too.

I stamped and die cut the branch and the three super cute peaches. Can you see the little blue flowers? There are a couple of small flower dies in the set and I used the background DSP to die cut out a few and added a little bling to show them off. It's just Peachy!

Weekly Wednesday with Fresh Freesia new In Color

 Hi Everyone,

Thanks so much for stopping in. Today I'm sharing a quick and beautiful card using the Plenty of Patterns Decorative Masks. This set of masks has four patterns to choose from. I decided to create a card highlighting one of the new In Colors, Fresh Freesia.

The five new In-colors are so beautiful in this year's Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog! All the products coordinate so well together like the In-color ribbon and gems. I used a Blending Brush to add color to the patterned mask. I really like this particular mask.

I used the Elegantly Said Stamp set for the sentiment and flower inside the card. This card was very simple to make, but turned out to have such a Wow! I love how smooth the color was blended on the background.

This is a great flower from the Elegantly Said Stamp set. It is a clear mount which means you can color right onto the rubber for so many different coloring choices. I was keeping with Fresh Freesia today, so I simply inked the stamp with that. It is beautiful!

The Five new In-Colors coordinate so well together. I love this Thinking of you Card! It's simply yet stunning! You can collect all the In-Color products with my In-Color Club. It's a great program to earn rewards.

Finding Friday Inspiration with Better Places Host Set

 Hi Everyone,

Welcome to one of my favorite days for blogging. It's time for finding inspiration from the world around you. Today I'm sharing a project inspired by my favorite new In-Color and new products.

The Better Places Host Stamp set is just beautiful! This main stamp has so many possibilities. I am using it to show off the stunning Soft Succulent new In-Color for 2021-2023. This is one of five new In-colors and I think it's my favorite. I coordinates so well with so many different colors! I also paired it with the new Bark 3D Embossing folder. This folder is a perfect back drop for this card. 

Another new product I can't seem to stop using is the Scallop Contour Dies. Wow is all I can say about these dies. It's not just the dies either. The Color & Contour Stamp set is fabulous too. Here is another In-Color card I recently created during my Facebook Live, so you can see the wonderful dies.

Okay, you see what I mean right? The Scallop Contour Dies are just incredible! Now the Color & Contour stamp set is bundled with the dies at a 10% discount. The is the new Polished Pink In-Color. It really is the perfect pink I think.

For the Boys with The Paper Players Theme Challenge

 Hi Everyone,

Today I'm creating with the boys in mind. I don't have any sons, but I have lots of nephews and my hubby of course. The card I'm sharing today focuses on the really cute pets in the Pampered Pets Stamp set by Stampin' Up!. I have the perfect card to submit to The Paper Players Theme challenge #539.

There are so many wonderful things with my card today. I love the stitched ribbon and the paw dies with the Real Red peeking out. This is a perfect birthday card for those boys. Isn't there a saying that boys are made of puppy dog tails? 

If you haven't participated in any challenges, you should submit a project for the PP539 Theme Challenge. You can also see lots of other cards there for inspiration too.
