More to Sale-A-Brate
Lovely Lattice Stamp Set Giveaway

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to a wonderful Wednesday full of stamping and card making. Today is all about Sale-A-Bration. What is Sale-A-Bration? It's a wonderful 3 months of earning free product for purchasing, hosting, or joining Stampin' Up! I shared all the details in a recent post, so you can get all the details there. I wanted to share with you a wonderful FREE Sale-A-Bration set called Lovely Lattice.

For this card, I used Brusho, the pigmented powders that you can do many different techniques with. First I stamped the beautiful floral stamp with stazon ink. Then I sprinkled some of my Brusho onto the flowers. Then I used a spritzer filled with water and spritzed the cardstock. The Brusho then bleeds out. I also colored my rhinestones black to coordinate with the Washi Tape.

Here are a few more samples using the Lovely Lattice Stamp Set.

As you can tell, this stamp set has many possibilities. Simply coloring the flowers in a different color, changes the whole look of the image.

Pick a Pattern
TGIF Challenge

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my post today. I was excited to come along a wonderful design challenge blog called the TGIF Challenges. This week they put out a challenge about my favorite product of all, Designer Series Paper! If you have stamped with me or have followed my blog, you know I love DSP. I love to mix and match the patterns and let the DSP be the Star.

For the project I'm sharing for the #tgifc196, is part of the Meant to Be Suite from the Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalog. I used the All my Love Designer Series Paper, which is fantastic. The die cut heart is one of the patterns in the paper. They are already hearts that coordinate with the Be Mine Stitched Framelit Dies.

I thought I would share one more project I created with these products. I wanted you to see a bit of the other designs in the DSP package.

This card has lots of layers, but the edgelit is so awesome, I wanted to show it off. I used this smaller pattern of DSP and added a strip of the opposite side across the card.

It's really fun to create with design or color challenges. It allows so much creativity. You can see more projects created for the #tgifc196 Challenge or even enter your own project.

Follow my blog if you like my projects today. I post several times a week with lots of stamping inspiration. Come back tomorrow for your chance to win the free Sale-A-Bration stamp set called Lovely Lattice.

Global Design Project
Color Challenge #173

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my design blog post for the Global Design Project Color Challenge #173. One of my favorite things is to have a layout or color challenge and decide what to create. Sometimes color combinations can be difficult to decide on, so I grabbed this challenge and ran with it.

This soft color theme had me going in many directions at first. I was thinking baby, but then I thought of spring. The set I decided on was the Forever Lovely Stamp set by Stampin' Up!. This coordinates with the Meant to Be suite as well. I've been seeing a lot of reds with this set, so I thought I'd change it up.

The soft colors made a perfect spring time card. I really like the dies that coordinate with the Forever Lovely set. Adding a bit of texture with the Subtle Embossing Folder on the Petal Pink cardstock adds more interest as well.

There are many more ideas and samples for the GDP#173 blog post. Be sure to go and check them out to see what cards were created inspired by these colors. Thanks so much for joining me today. I hope you are inspired to try a challenge. It is really fun.

If you are in need of any products you can place an order online. I appreciate you choosing me as your demonstrator. Be sure to use the January hostess code #75K4EJAD.

If you place a $150 order, don't use the hostess code. You qualify for your own hostess benefits. Please do not mark "No Contact" when you order. I won't be able to contact you to award you with Loyalty Bucks or prizes.

The Paper Players
Clean & Simple #425 "Snowy Day"

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for joining me. It seems fitting to be creating for the Paper Players "Snowy Day" Clean & Simple design challenge. I feel so much for all my family back in Michigan with the terrible storms they are dealing with. I pray that everyone is safe and stays warm.

Claire from the Paper Players put out the call for this challenge and said to keep the layers minimal and design clean. Well, mine is quite an easy card, even though it looks like it took a lot of work.

The watercolor look is a large stamp that I inked up and stamped twice. This gave me the dark and light tones of color. Then I stamped the snowflake stamp several times. It's quite a blizzard and beautiful. The snowflakes were punched out of silver glitter paper. I do have another project to share with you today. I used the same stamp set to create another "Snowy Day" theme.

For this project, I used new colors called Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape. I just love how Stampin' Up! names their colors! This time I used the Blizzard thinlit die that created the embossed snowflakes. I used the Embossing Mat with the Bigshot so I wouldn't cut through the cardstock. Rhinestones and the snowflake element top the card off with sparkle.

I hope you enjoyed my "Snowy Day" projects. I miss that we haven't had any snow in the Pacific Northwest yet this year. The weather experts say we will stay warmer this winter. We have been below freezing, but no snow. Be sure to check out the other entries for the "Snowy Day" PP425 challenge. There are lots of fun projects to see.

Thanks so much for stopping in today. There are so many ways to enjoy stamping. Be sure to check out my website for specials going on now.

Weekly Wednesday
All Geared Up

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to another weekly Wednesday post. It's wonderful to look into the new Stampin' Up! Occasions catalog and see more masculine stamp sets and accessories. One that I am excited about the the Geared Up Garage Bundle. This bundle has a wonderful stamp set and coordinating dies. Another wonderful part of this is the Classic Garage 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper (DSP) Stack. For my project, I love the mix and match of this paper! There are many different ways to layout the papers depending upon the center panel color. I did this card for a "Stamp Til You Cramp" night and this card had 3 or 4 versions depending on the DSP they received.

Another great feature is that the DSP also coordinates with the One Wild Ride Stamp set. The paper has cars and motorcycles, so it's perfect for both.

For both projects, I used Real Red Cardstock. I like the richness of the color. For this card, I used another sheet of the DSP as the background and the fantastic car stamp. Do you see the accessory? The Classic Garage Metal Elements are awesome! There are keys and wrenches. The Striped Metallic Ribbon is also part of this suite.

Purchasing this bundle and the DSP or accessories qualifies you for 1 free Sale-A-Bration product. Click to see the free products.

Celebrate with Sale-A-Bration

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my Friday Blog Post. With the release of the new 2019 Occasions Catalog by Stampin' Up!, I've been having so much fun creating projects with new products. There are fantastic new Sale-A-Bration products that you can earn for free. Today I wanted to share one of the cards I created from my recent open house.

This card features the Hello Cupcake Stamp set. It is so fun and whimsical. It is a free set you can earn with a minimum $50 order. There are 3 sentiments to help make your projects great. One accessory I just love is the Occasions catalog is the Gingham Gala Adhesive Backed Sequins. They are wonderful! 1/2 of the sequins are little flowers. You can see I used those on my cupcake.

It's important to sprinkle the inside of your projects with love. I simply added a few of the "sprinkles" inside. Here are a few more ideas using free Sale-A-Bration products.

Lovely Lattice - Level 1

Lasting Lilly - Level 2

Home to Roost - Level 1
