Stampin' Up! Lemon Zest Bundle
Yes Please!

Hi Everyone,

This week on sharing bundles from the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog. I wanted to focus on a bundle that has a coordinating punch. Bundles either have a framelit/thinlit die or punch. When purchased together, you get a 10% discount. That's great. Punches and dies make your projects so easy to create and also give a more high quality look to your project. Today I wanted to share samples from other demonstrators who participated in a bundle swap with me. Samples today come from the Lemon Zest Bundle. This is the perfect season for this bundle too. Enjoy.

Mary Lou Nelson combined this bundle with
the Color Theory DSP Stack. Lemon Lime
Twist new In-Color is perfect.

Margaret Hall created this wonderful
card. I love her color choices. You can visit
for supplies at MargaretsStampinStudio.com
Mary Lou Nelson puts a bit of WOW in this
Project. Combining Embossing Folders and other
framelits it has great dimension.

Here is the surprise inside. The saying is unveiled as you open
the card. I love it!

Here is a project that I made using Peek-a-Boo Peach and
Wild Wasabi. The new Ombre Ribbon is great!
As you can see, this is a fun bundle to craft with. It's the perfect fit for the long days of summer with swimming, picnicking, and BBQ. Check back again for more bundle sharing. Today is the last day for Bonus Days coupons as well as my July Hostess code.

If you are in need of any products or want to place an order be sure to use my July Hostess Code #PYGBXUJK for your chance to win hostess rewards. A minimum $25.00 qualifies you. Please do not mark "No Contact" when you order. I won't be able to contact you if you win the July Hostess.

Finding Inspiration Friday
Stampin' Up! Colorful Seasons
Baby Wipe Technique

Hi Everyone,

It's another wonderful Friday in the Pacific Northwest. We are getting closer to our record without rain. I'm praying for all the areas suffering from fires and hoping all are safe. It seems a perfect time go think about the cold and snow.

I am so inspired today by the baby wipe technique that seems to be making it's way to stampers. I love techniques that can give your stamping projects such a WOW! Today I am using the Colorful Seasons Stamp set and Seasonal Layers Thinlits. These two can be purchased as a bundle at a 10% discount. Who doesn't love savings right?

There are so many creative things you can create with this bundle. There is also Designer Series Paper (DSP) that coordinate creating a great suite of products. I love that it carries you through all seasons, which makes this bundle a great buy. Here is a great video to share about the Color Theory Suite.

Back to my inspiration for today. To create projects doing the baby wipe technique, you simply need a large clear block, a couple or few reinkers, and baby wipes. Take a look at how I did these cards.

Gather a large clear block, baby wipes and reinkers. For my
projects, I used Smoky Slate, Marina Mist, and Pacific Point.

Fold the baby wipe and lay it onto the clear block. Drop several
drops of ink from each refill.

Pat stamp several times into the ink.

Stamp onto your cardstock. Behold the beautiful stamped
image. You can stamp many, many times.

Play around with different combinations to see what
beautiful images you can make.
For my projects, I used Thick White Cardstock and the Color Theory DSP Stack. For the die cut snowflakes, I used the Color Theory DSP.

The Glittered Enamel Dots are fantastic!

Using the Color Theory DSP on the die cut snowflakes make a
great look.

If you have liked my inspiration today, I would love to see what you come up with trying this technique. Comment and share any thoughts or ideas you have about color combinations or inspiration.

You can have more stamping inspiration with the Stamp of the Month club. August features the So Many Shells Stamp set. Check it out. The deadline to register is August 5th.

It's almost over! time is running out to earn Bonus Days $5.00 coupons for every $50.00 you order. For the month of July, Stampin' Up! is rewarding customers with coupons to redeem in August. What a win/win for you. Craft Room Tour

The messy before picture
Hi Everyone,

Recently I posted a blog about my stamping workshop room was under reorganization by my daughter's command. Well it is finished (for the most part) and I wanted to share how things turned out. It is simply part of my usual summer. I work in education and have about a month off in the summer. I clean out and reorganize places in my home that get cluttered and messy during the year when we are all so busy. My stamp room is no exception. Keeping up with my stamping classes while I work full time can make it hard to keep things organized.

I hope you enjoy the tour of my craft room. I have had this room for close to 20 years. My husband and his brother converted our garage so we could move the laundry room, work room, and computer down here as well. I hope you enjoy.

My Stamping Workshop Room

Well there it is. I have to say that the best part of my room is the stamping counter with the drawers. This was in the dining area in my house as a built in desk and storage space. I really love how this is the center of my prep area. Stamp sets are at the touch of my fingers as well as my other supplies.

I hope you enjoyed your tour of my stamping space today. A designated space for stamping really helps. My space is large because I have classes, but if you are a stamper (not a demonstrator), how do you organize your Stampin' Up! or other stamping products? When I first started, I had some storage containers that I would bring out onto the dining room table to craft.

Thanks for stopping by today. I wanted to share a link with you today. If you liked the magnetic storage holders for your thinlit dies, they are called Kompac Storage cases. They are $7.99 for a pack of 3. I just love this as my storage. I can see clearly which thinlit set is there.

Have you taken advantage of the Bonus Days special?

Now is the perfect time to earn Bonus Days $5.00 coupons for every $50.00 you order. For the month of July, Stampin' Up! is rewarding customers with coupons to redeem in August. Stampin' Up! Coffee Cafe Bundle
Yes Please!

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to another Monday bundle share. As you know by now I really love the ease and quality of the Stampin' Up! stamp sets and coordinating dies. What better way to create beautiful project with ease, not to mention the great 10% discount when you purchase as a bundle. This week I wanted to share projects from other demonstrators who participated in the bundle swap with me and share cards created using the Coffee Cafe bundle. This is another bundle that has a coordinating Coffee Break Designer Series Paper. Enjoy.

Jennifer Arent created this fun project. The
Coffee Break DSP makes the perfect
background.

Lianna Madigan also used the Coffee
Break DSP for a great background on her
project.

Lori Jan Mittlestadt kept things cool with
this color combo. I love how the saying fits
perfectly on the cup wrapper.

Kathy Maurer created this fun project that holds a gift card
inside. Perfect from that quick needed pick me up.
One of the things I really like about this bundle is the sayings. I just love a great pun. My oldest daughter, Julianne always has a quick pun. I don't know how she thinks of them so quickly. Be sure to pop back next Monday to see what bundle I'll feature. Let me know which project you like best today.

Finding Inspiration Friday
Embossing Paste Part 2

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to another Finding Inspiration Friday blog today. This is the second Embossing Paste inspiration. I recently posted being inspired by a grey shirt that had a medallion on it and posted that video previously. Today, I am inspired by a colorful medallion on some patio pillows that I have.

Supplies Used:
  • Crushed Curry Card stock and ink refill (5 1/2" x 8 1/2")
  • Marina Misk Card stock, pad, and ink refill (5 1/4" x 4")
  • Wild Wasabi ink refill
  • Whisper White Card Stock (4 3/4" x 3 3/4")
  • Clear faceted Gems
  • Lemon Lime Twist Ombre Ribbon
  • Embossing Paste
  • Palette Knives
  • Decorative Masks
  • Label Me Pretty Punch
You can watch my video for a tutorial on this project. It was a lot of fun to create.

Finding inspiration is such a joy. I am always on the look out for things that I can put into my crafting.

This is the perfect time to get those needed products to create your own Embossing Paste projects. It's Bonus Days and it's so fun to get rewarded for purchasing.

Stampin' Up! Oh So Eclectic Bundle
Yes Please!

Hi Everyone,

Another wonderful Monday is upon us. I wanted to share some other great projects using the Stampin' Up! bundle Oh So Eclectic. What's great about this bundle is that not only is there are 10% discount when you purchase the bundle, there is the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper that coordinates as well. These samples are some of the swap cards I received from my recent bundle swap that I hosted. Enjoy.

Vikki Beck combined Bermuda Bay and Lemon
Lime Twist (In Color) for this vibrant card.

This swap is on the softer side. Apricot and Emerald Envy
are great together.

Susan Carlson combined the DSP to enhance
this project. Berry Burst in a great new
In-Color
The ease of bundles is so great. I am not a fan of fussy cutting, and creating dies to coordinate stamp sets is golden. It helps your projects look more professional and cut well. I remember many time fussy cutting and having my cards not look too great. Now, it's a snap. Come back next Monday to see more bundle swap cards. Let me know which project you like best.

Now is the perfect time to earn Bonus Days $5.00 coupons for every $50.00 you order. For the month of July, Stampin' Up! is rewarding customers with coupons to redeem in August. What a win/win for you. You get great products and coupons for free products later.

Climbing Orchid

Hi Everyone,

The watercolor wash background really makes the orchids
pop. This project was created by Jenn Tribue

This stunning card was created
by Vikki Beck

Craft Room Overhaul
Hi Everyone,

Well it certainly is time to get my craft room cleaned out and reorganized. My daughter, Sam really gets into organization from time to time and decided that I needed to get busy cleaning out and organizing the room differently. Well here are a couple of pictures to show you where I'm at.

As you can see, my stamping table becomes the catch all as we clean. I have a large white cabinet that my daughter and I cleaned out and much of it landed on the table. I also have an open space under my prepping counter that had a tub full of large framed pictures of my daughters when they were young. I cleaned that out to now add another roll cart next to the one already there.

This picture shows you progress by my windows. There used to be a sofa table against the window and then I had my 2 drawer file cabinet in front of it. This took up a lot of room. I moved that table to the other side of the room to display catalogs and samples. Then I put my paper rack and a couple other things beside that. It's starting to take shape.

Be sure to check back. I will post my before and after video to share my outcome. There is still much to do and I hope to get energy to do it.

I love being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. It is great to be able to stamp with friends and family, but also still have my job in education. This works great for me. I have a couple of girls, one who will be looking into a Master's Program and another graduating high school looking to go to college. With these financial pulls, being a demonstrator gives me the discount and a little extra to enjoy all the products on my wish list. I also love the bonuses and demonstrator perks that pop up all the time.

If you love to stamp and have thought about being a demonstrator, whether it's for hobby or going out for a more business approach, now is the time. With Stampin' Up! this month, you can get an exclusive essentials pack, a $52.00 value gift when you sign up. That's not all. Also included is the Carols of Christmas stamp set free! That's an additional $20.00 value.

Be sure to check out the Christmas in July special for new recruits. This is a great way to check off items from your wish list as well as being treated with amazing free products. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have as well as to assist you in signing up to take advantage of this great special.

Stampin' Up! Wood Words Bundle
Yes Please!

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to another beautiful week! The weather here is wonderful, but I'm praying for the people in harms way of the awful fires that have been happening here in the west. My daughter sends handmade cards to firefighters battling the blazes. They come from all over the United States to help put out the wildfires.

In this year's annual catalog, there are 23 bundles. That means a 10% savings when you purchase the bundle. That includes the stamp set with a coordinating framelit set or punch. Stampin' Up! designs many coordinating sets which makes crafting so much easier. I recently hosted a bundle swap with other demonstrators. I wanted to share a few of the Wood Words cards using the bundle. Enjoy.

Cathy Bartlett used pink and brown, a
great combination for this card. Love it!

Mary Lou Nelson used the die to create
this crate for the front of her card. I
love how she make apples.

Jennifer Arent created this dynamic card using
the brick embossing folder. I love the focal point
of the rooster.

Okay, Mary Lou also created this fantastic WOW project.
I love the sayings that are included in the stamp set.

When you open the special fold. Wow, look how cool! This
is the winner of all the swaps.
I have to say that the demonstrators who participated in the swap have put in 110% effort for their projects. They are all wonderful with showcasing the best of the bundles. I will continue to highlight some of the other bundles from the catalog too. I'll reserve Mondays for more bundle sharing. Come back and see more. Let me know which ones you really like.

Now is the perfect time to earn Bonus Days $5.00 coupons for every $50.00 you order. For the month of July, Stampin' Up! is rewarding customers with coupons to redeem in August. What a win/win for you. You get great products and coupons for free products later.
