Time to Stamp Tuesday
Global Design Project 162
Hi Everyone,
Thanks for stopping in today for my Time to Stamp Tuesday. I wanted to take a few minutes to share my project for the Global Design Project 162 (GDP). They post challenges weekly and I love to enter using some of my favorite Stampin' Up! products. I was recently looking through a magazine and noticed that the most trending color are hues of purple. That makes this project perfect.
This design can lend itself into all sorts of occasions. I'm sticking with winter because I feel the weather changing and it's been snowing in the mountains out where I live. I love the Blizzard Thinlit die. It can be used to cut out lots of snowflakes, or use the Embossing Mats like I did for the Highland Heather embossed layer on my card.
The Snowflake Trinkets are part of the limited edition Snowflake Showcase that is starting on November 1st. I recently created a similar project for a monthly stamp group, so I wanted to simply change up the layout to show 2 variations. Which do you like best?
Thanks again for stopping by. Be sure to check out the other entries at the GDP 162 challenge. You can also enter your own creations.
If you are in need of any products you can place an orderonline. I appreciate you choosing me as your demonstrator. Be sure to use the October hostess code #YTTV2GU7.If you place a $150 order, don't use the hostess code. You qualify for your own hostess benefits. Please do not mark "No Contact" when you order. I won't be able to contact you to award you with Loyalty Bucks or prizes.
Remember that when you order on-line, you can earn "Loyalty Bucks". For every $25.00 you order, you receive 1 loyalty bucks. Collect 20 loyalty bucks and you receive $30.00 free merchandise. Be sure to comment and share this blog. I'd love to hear from you.

Wonderful Wednesday
Global Design Project 161
Hi Everyone,
I'm glad you stopped in today for my Wonderful Wednesday Blog. I'm a bit late today, but found the time to get on and say hello. This week I'm participating in the Global Design Project 161. This week it's all about the color in the challenge.
The 3 colors for this challenge are my all time fall favorites! For my project, I used the new and upcoming Snowflake Showcase Stamp sets and more. Included in the upcoming promotion, there are 2 limited edition stamp sets, 1 coordinating die set that works with both stamp sets, snowflake trinkets, and Whisper White Velvet cardstock.
For this project, I used the glitter gems and colored the silver ones with the Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blend for the center of the flower. The leaves were stamped in Old Olive on the velvet cardstock. I then die-cut them with the thinlit. From there I dragged the velvet cardstock on the Old Olive ink pad to get some darker spots for contrast. Here is a look at the upcoming products available on November 1st while supplies last.
These are all fantastic products perfect for the winter season and beyond. Be sure to check back for more samples and the details soon.
Thanks so much for stopping in and seeing my color challenge entry for Global Design Project 161. You can check out all the other entries posted and even create your own entry.

Wonderful Wednesday
Wow Holiday Cards
Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my Wonderful Wednesday post. Today I'm continuing to share some WOW projects from my recent Holiday Catalog Swap. So many demonstrators participated in this swap and they really outdid themselves. The above picture is my sister-n-law helping me begin to sort all the groups into bags. Once they are all sorted, we then swap the cards.
The projects I'm sharing today come from the Still Night Bundle found in the Holiday Catalog. This is a wonderful stamp set with coordinating thinlits for many occasions.
Susan Carlson created this beautiful card using the thinlits for the branch, owl, and stars. I love the color choices she used.
Jana' DeMore created this card. This project uses a couple of different embossing folders. The black portion was embossed using the Sparkle Textured Embossing Folder and the other part was embossed using the Woodland Textured Embossing Folder. The owl was stamped, colored, and then die-cut using the framelit.
This project is beautiful! It was created by Sherri Minne. She used such beautiful colors and the Sparkle Glimmer paper really helps this project feel like Christmas. The designer series paper is from the Holiday Catalog. It is called Frosted Floral Specialty DSP. All off the papers have a frosted look and shimmery feel.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed these wonderful projects from my demonstrator friends. Be sure to visit again. I'll continue to share other projects from this swap.

Must Share Monday
Holiday Swap Samples
Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my Monday blog post. Today I wanted to begin to share some of the projects I received from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog swap I hosted. Demonstrators signed up for spot and decided on which sets to highlight from the Holiday Catalog. Today I wanted to share a few Halloween projects with you. (It's my favorite time of the year!) All three projects I'm sharing today feature the Cauldron Bubble Stamp set. My picture above shows my daughter and sister-n-law helping me sort the cards.
Kathy M. created this wonderful card with the rich black Swirls and Curls embossed on the Black Foil paper. The which is a stamp, but also can be cut out of the Toil & Trouble DSP.
How cute is this kitty?! You can't go wrong with Pumpkin Pie and Black as a great color combination for Halloween. Debra G. created this fun card featuring the Toil & Trouble DSP. I can't get over that cute cat!
Okay, Rebecca H. created this awesome "Step" fancy fold card. Look at all the wonderful characters from the Cauldron Bubble set. Do you notice the fun spider charm? It's a good thing there is a matching Framelits set to help cut out all these guys. I'd hate to have to fussy cut them all.
There is still time to get your spook on, so don't miss out on these fun products. I need to get busy on my fun little "You've been booed" treats for my coworkers.
Thanks again for stopping in. Check back for more wonderful projects created from the Holiday Catalog.
