Birthday Cheer

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my Finding Inspiration Friday blog post. I had so much fun creating with the Stampin' Up! Birthday Cheer Stamp set and coordinating Detailed Birthday Edgelits. When I do my stamp class every other week, I usually focus on a stamp set or other products. This time it was so much fun creating with this set. 

For this first project, I used Bermuda Bay cardstock with Berry Burst and Highland Heather inks. For the saying, I used the uninked Stampin' Spots and used my reinkers to make my own mini stamp pads. That made the multi-colored greeting so easy to do. 

If you follow my blog, you may have seen this project. I recently submitted this card for the Freshly Made Sketches design challenge and posted a blog about it. This got my inspiration going for the rest of my projects. 

I had so much fun making this card! I used Shimmery White Cardstock and did a water color wash over it. Then I stamped the background with cupcakes using Memento ink. The colors I used were Lemon Lime Twist and Balmy Blue. These make a great color combination.
