We'll Walrus be Friends Flash Cards

Hi Everyone,

Welcome. I'm "walrus" happy to have you join me. I am so thrilled to share a couple of cards with you of the cutest stamp set ever! It's called We'll Walrus be Friends by Stampin' Up! This stamp set has so many cute walruses with the funniest sayings. Today, I have combined this cute stamp set with Connie Stewart's Flash Card System. This is where you pre-cut many layers to have on hand whenever you need a card. Both of my projects were created by cutting the Smoky Slate layer at 

4 1/4" x 2 3/4" and the white at 4" x 2 1/2". From there I made a bit of alterations for my projects. 

Okay, how cute is this walrus?! The saying, "Ready or not" is so fun. The little fish really add to the cuteness. 

For the water, I use one of the stamps from the Artisan Textures stamp set. It was perfect for this card. Here is what is great about Flash Cards. I used the Smoky Slate cardstock and punched out the Starburst circle from that Flash Card. The white piece will cover the hole left from punching it out. That is what makes Flash Cards so cool! 

I told you this set was so cute! Look at how fun the inside of my card is. The fish are playing in the water. Who wouldn't love getting this card in the mail?!

For my second project, I still used the Flash Card layers, but I trimmed a bit off the white layer to create these pieces to create a fun card. When I pulled out my Stampin' Blends, it was so fun to color these characters!

This inside it too cute! I just can't get enough of these walruses. This is set you are going to want to get!
