Welcome back to my Time to Stamp Tuesday blog. Today I'm excited to share my project inspired by the Paper Players color challenge for this week. This color challenge was designed by Joanne. If you haven't seen the new In-Colors for 2018-2020, you are in for a treat. 

 

My project highlights all three of the new In-Colors for the design challenge. I have been creating a lot of projects using Lovely Lipstick and Granny Apple Green, so adding Highland Heather is fun. This is also the first time I'm using the Hand Delivered Hostess set in the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog. This set is only available for a minimum party and rewards to the hostess. 

The balloon bouquet was created by stamping a second balloon bouquet to get the overflow of balloons. I also colored my images with the classic ink pads and an aqua painter. I find that coloring directly with the Stampin Write markers can be too deep or harsh, so I love to watercolor. This helps to calm the intensity of the colors on Whisper White CS.
