Color Challenge
Hi Everyone,
Thanks for joining me today. I'm so happy to have made it for today's blog post. My project today is one I created for the Paper Players Color challenge for the week.
When doing challenges, I often do the sketch ones. Today I decided to challenge myself with a color one. These soft colors are perfect for spring and well babies! I used the Wildly Happy Stamp set for my card.
I used Basic Grey as the base of my card as well as the elephants. So Saffron cardstock cut at 5 1/4" x 4" and the soft leaves from the Mosaic Mood Specialty DSP cut at 5" x 3 3/4" made my layers. The DSP is perfect for this card!
I just love the Stitched Nested Label dies. I used the largest with Seaside Spray and then the next smaller for the Whisper White. The greeting and ribbon are also Seaside Spray. I used a Blender Pen and ink refill to color the elephants.
The added strip of DSP is great for the inside of this card. It helps to carry the theme throughout. This was really fun to make today. I think I might create a couple more projects using the Wildly Happy Stamp set for my Facebook Live happening on Wednesday at 6:00 pm (PST).
I hope you enjoyed my project today. You can see many more entries at The Paper Players challenge page. Why bit create your own project for this challenge?
